Frequently Asked Questions

Got questions? I've got answers.

Q: What is coaching and how is it different from therapy? A: Coaching is a professional forward-focused, goal-oriented process that helps you identify and achieve personal or professional goals. Unlike therapy, it doesn't diagnose or treat mental health conditions - it's about growth, action, and accountability.

Q: How do I know if coaching is right for me? A: If you're feeling stuck, unfulfilled, or ready for change but unsure how to begin, coaching can offer the clarity and support you need. The best way to find out? Book a free Discovery Call and we'll talk it through.

Q: What happens during a coaching session? A: Each session is a safe, confidential space where we focus on your goals, challenges, and wins. You bring the agenda and session goals and what arises in the session. You'll leave with insights, clear action steps, and momentum.

Q: How long is the coaching program? A: I offer flexible options including single sessions, 3-month programs, and custom packages depending on your needs and goals.

Q: Do you offer virtual coaching sessions? A: Yes! Most sessions are held on Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or Google Meet. But if you prefer to meet in person we can arrange this.

Q: Can you describe your coaching style? A: Supportive, intuitive, and practical, I blend deep listening with actionable strategies to help you move forward with clarity and confidence. I help you focus on what is most important to you, and attend to what is not being said or what you may be conveying with you body language. I am wholistic in my approach, listening to mind, body and spirit for insights.

Q: Should I do coaching if I am already in therapy? A: Coaching and therapy generally have different goals and approaches. If you are feeling the need for support of goal setting, action, accountability, coaching is a great option. You can also ask your therapist if they think coaching would be helpful.
